Freeman Woolnough, MEd, CCC, is a counselor who supports post-secondary students in Ontario. Outside of the counseling office, he delivers workshops and presentations across Canada on a variety of mental health topics. Autumn Marie Chilcote, MEd, is a psychological services professional specializing in person-centered and creative therapies. She provides counseling, research, and education across a range of public and private industries.
