Cindy has a lot of experience with redundancy, having lost her job four times in the span of 20 years. Currently she is an associate consultant with Lee Hecht and Harrison, one of the largest global companies in talent acquisition and career development. She has held several senior positions in sales, marketing and business development with blue chip and startup companies like Hewlett Packard, Cisco, SAP, SAS and most recently Vizolution. Cindy is also a professional speaker, facilitator and cook. She is passionate about supporting people in finding the courage to pursue their true vocation in life and a way through the pain and maze of redundancy. She knows by sharing her experience and stories she can help those facing redundancy, retirement or just wanting a chance to learn, to believe and discover their true potential.
