Catherine Fulvio is the proprietor of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School, Co. Wicklow and is one of Ireland’s top television culinary stars. This is her sixth cookbook. Previous books include the bestsellers Catherine’s Italian Kitchen, Catherine’s Family Kitchen and Eat Like an Italian, which won an Irish Book Award. She is a columnist for the RTÉ Guide and currently fronts two RTÉ TV series, the second season of Lords and Ladles and the new series, Tastes Like Home. She is married to Claudio, who hails from Sicily, and has two children.
