Karen Westfall was awarded the Aquatic Fitness Professional of the year at the International Aquatic Fitness Conference in 1994. As an international presenter and lecturer, Karen travels worldwide, conducting instructor training workshops for aquatic instructors. A former national ballroom dance champion, Karen is the aquatics/aerobics advisor and instructor of the National Institute of Fitness and the mother of four children.
