Until recently Fiona Dent was Director of Executive Education at Ashridge Business School. She is now a Freelance management trainer, executive coach and Ashridge Associate. Viki Holton is a Research Fellow at Ashridge with an interest in diversity and women leaders. Her current projects include research to look at women as leaders in higher Education. She has been involved with many women’s initiatives, including the European Women’s Management Development Network. Both Fiona and Viki have researched and written extensively about women’s careers (as well as on many other business and leadership topics) and therefore have considerable knowledge to draw upon. Fiona has written on a number of business topics, including influencing and people management.
