Gillian Reith, along with her sisters Nichola and Linsey, has a passion for all things baking, with years of cooking and food-tasting experience. With a home economics teacher for a mother and their grandmother the owner of a sweet shop, the sisters have always wanted to work together to create delicious food, and so decided to throw in their corporate careers and start up a café in Scotland. Three Sisters Bake the café has now been nominated for several awards.
