Kathy Etling is an accomplished author and seasoned trophy deer hunter. She has written many bestselling books and was awarded the prestigious William Vogt Award and the Apogee Award from Western Outdoor Writers, plus numerous awards from the Outdoor Writers Association of America. She has served as field editor for Buckmasters Whitetail Magazine, Petersen's Bowhunting Magazine, Sports Afield, and the NRA's American Hunter and Free Hunter magazines.
