Sonia Cabano perfected her chef's skills in London, where she cooked for 12 years. After returning to Cape Town, she ran a successful catering business with numerous high-profile and corporate clients. She has worked as a freelance stylist, food writer and demonstration chef, with appearances at the Good Food and Wine Shows in Cape Town and Johannesburg. She has also appeared on television, notably the TV3 series 'Pampoen tot Perlemoen' and, more recently, 'Expresso'. She is the author of Easy, Simple & Delicious, also by Struik Lifestyle. Relish is her third book.
