Leslie Bilderback, CMB joined the original faculty of the California School of Culinary Arts as Baking and Pastries Department Head, and soon rose to the position of Executive Chef, ushering the school into partnership with Le Cordon Bleu. During this time she became a Certified Master Baker (CMB). Bilderback lives in Southern California with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
