Thousands of youth coaches have used the Coaching Youth Football book to achieve success. Now, the Coaching Youth Football Video will show you how the most popular football techniques and tactics are performed, which will help you create an even more successful coaching experience.
You can use the video in conjunction with the book or by itself. It presents the most important techniques and tactics for you to teach your young players. You'll be given step-by-step instructions, and you'll see young players clearly demonstrate the techniques and tactics.
The Coaching Youth Football Video provides excellent instruction for the beginning coach. It's designed for volunteer and novice coaches of players ages 8 to 14 and is also a great resource for supportive parents of young football players.
Coaching Youth Football was produced by the American Sport Education Program (ASEP) in conjunction with USA Football and former NFL coach and youth football advocate Tom Bass. The NFL and NFL Players Association launched USA Football through a grant from the NFL Youth Football Fund. The purpose of this independent nonprofit organization is to galvanize, support, promote, and expand the sport at all levels of amateur football. ASEP is a division of Human Kinetics, based in Champaign, Illinois, and has been developing and delivering coaches education courses since 1981. As the nation's number one coaching education program, ASEP works with national, state, and local youth sport organizations to develop educational programs for coaches, officials, administrators, and parents. These programs incorporate ASEP's philosophy of "athletes first, winning second."
