The HEED Daily Food Log helps you keep track of what you eat and compare it to your goals. You can enter your foods and amounts consumed during the day, and click whether you achieved your goal for the day. There's a place to type in any additional comments related to your eating behaviors, and you can write down your physical activity as well. All information you enter is stored for later use, and protected for your privacy.
