He has also created Carlton Books's Scrabble Quiz Game Book and Trivial Pursuit Quiz Book. He died in 2005. Philip Carter and Ken Russell are some of the world's most successful and experienced puzzle writers with books selling in hundreds of thousands from Alaska to Australia and Germany to Japan.
