Bill Bowers, a former staff editor at The Lyons Press, now edits outdoors magazines and travel guidebooks, as well as medical and legal textbooks. Bill and Eileen McNulty-Bowers have lived and hiked in central New York for more than 20 years. Eileen McNulty-Bowers, the former manager of an Arabian horse breeding farm, edits books on everything from gardening to gunsmithing.
