Venture into DC's neighborhoods with wide open eyes and the joy of exploration. You will be amazed and surprised by the fascinating, historic, and unlikely discoveries you will make as you go. Put your walking shoes on and come see DC through the eyes of two non-stop wanderers.

Paige Muller is a global citizen who has lived in South America, Japan and England, and now calls Washington, DC home. She is the owner of Curious Caravan, a boutique company specializing in off-the-beaten-path adventures in the District. She can usually be found in the front row of a local concert, checking out an experimental art show, or taking a walkabout to discover murals and new nooks and crannies. Her website is: curious-caravan.com and follow her DC adventures on social at @curious-caravan.com.

Andréa Seiger is a world and domestic traveler who has lived in Washington DC for 30 years and has worked in nearly every business involved in tourism and hospitality. When asked how she knows so much about DC her response is usually “because I work in tourism and it is my business to know my city.” She lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil in the height of the Disco Era, has traveled thousands of miles on the Mayan Route of Mexico and lives to road trip around the Mid-Atlantic US and beyond. Her travel bucket list includes visiting all 50 US States; every country in the continent of the Americas and all of the New 7 Wonders of the World, the Galapagos, Macchu Picchu and Ankor Wat. She is pretty far along on the list. Itchy traveling feet get her out an about as often as possible, whether on the streets of DC or somewhere else in the world.

Shedrick Pelt is a creative professional based in Washington, DC. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama and with a background rooted in Harlem, New York, he is dedicated to fostering culture and community. Pelt's work is situated at the intersection of time and place, allowing him to delve into intricate conversations and themes while embodying a role akin to that of a historian. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in photojournalism, portraiture, music, and commercial photography, spending time covering Capitol Hill and community based stories for various outlets, including The Washington Post, The New York Times, and DCs very own Black media outlet The Washington Informer.
