This comprehensive walking guidebook to the Tramuntana mountains and north of Mallorca includes GPS way points for pin-point navigational accuracy. We wanted to do more than sit on beaches. With this excellent, inspiring book we discovered the real Mallorca. The walk descriptions are clear, and the mapping first class. You can easily see how long difficult each route is before you start. Plenty of background information including bars and restaurants. We have just got into GPS, which made the book even more useful for us with its waypoints to keep you on track. We would recommend this book to all walkers - even if you have used the (late) June Parker walking books for the island, we think you will find this an excellent replacement. We would also recommend the companion "Mallorca North & Mountains Tour & Trail Super-Durable Map".
