My name is Martin Anthony. I'm a young man who is living the dream of being a Metalhead. When I was twenty-four, I left home for six weeks and took a solo trip of a lifetime to the United States of America and Canada. For those six weeks, I was on my own, achieving a lifelong goal that I had since the age of ten: to visit North America. For six weeks I went across the North America to visit eight great cities. In these six weeks I was able to see the sights I had wanted to visit, watch the Hard Rock and Heavy Metal bands I wanted to see and understand what being alone for a forty-day trip with only $5000 is like. I survived a bomb threat in Times Square, walked through freeways to get to a Winger gig, dodged a fine by a New York police officer, shook hands with rock royalty, walked the streets and avenues of Manhattan, climbed up to visit Lady Liberty's crown, met Pornstar Carol Cox in Montreal and set foot outside my own continent for the first time in my 24 years of life.
