Carolyn Kolb provides a delightful and detailed look into the heart of her city, New Orleans. Carolyn Kolb, New Orleans, Louisiana, holds a doctorate in urban history from the University of New Orleans and teaches Louisiana history at Tulane University's School of Continuing Studies. She is the author of The Dolphin Guide to New Orleans.
