He moved to San Antonio in 1999 from Sarasota, Fla., to become dining editor for the San Antonio Express-News. He is the co-founder of food blog SavorSA, a former editor of San Antonio Taste magazine and contributor to Destinations, a local guide on food, events and travel in the San Antonio area.
