Dr. Fiona McDonald is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at Queensland University of Technology and is Co-Director of the Australian Centre for Health Law Research, Australia. Professor Shih-Ning Then is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Centre for Health Law Research, Australia. Dr Sam Boyle is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law at Queensland University of Technology. Dr Michelle Gunn is a nurse, lawyer, health administrator and nursing regulator. Michelle is currently the Chief Nursing Officer for the Al Dhafra region of the UAE. Mary Claire Balnaves is a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife. She is currently the Senior Project Officer – Policy in the Leadership and Advocacy Team at the Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives, Australia.
