This book addresses the important development of Chinese business law over the recent years. It is primarily aimed at foreign investors, but also at Chinese lawyers assisting them, by facilitating the explanation of concepts typical of Chinese law, relating them and, whenever appropriate, by comparing them with similar notions common in Western jurisdictions.
