The general objective of this thesis was to determine the incidence of the application of article 202° of the Penal Code and property trafficking in the district of La Victoria- 2023. The research was basic, with a descriptive-correlational design. The population consisted of all the actors involved in cases of property trafficking in the district of La Victoria during the year 2023 and a sample of 130 professionals and 5 files were used to support the data. The results showed that there is a very strong positive correlation between the application of Article 202° of the Penal Code and property trafficking, r = ,972 and a significance value of p=0.000 and is less than 0.05. Therefore; the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, this research reinforces the importance of an adequate implementation of the penal framework to address complex problems such as property trafficking.
