Der vorliegende Band befasst sich mit den Entwicklungen in der europäischen Kapitalmarktrechtsgesetzgebung. Er umfasst Beiträge zur Kapitalmarkttransparenz als europäisches Regelungs- und Rechtsprinzip sowie zu den staatlichen und nicht-staatlichen Regulierungsmechanismen im Kapitalmarktrecht.
The authors of the articles in this volume study the developments in European capital markets legislation. They deal with capital markets transparency as a European principle of regulation and the law from the perspective of legal economics and dogmatics and explore the governmental and non-governmental regulatory mechanisms in capital markets law. In addition, they investigate the dogmatics of the regulatory lawmaking and look into the basic principles of self-regulation. They deal in particular with ad hoc disclosure according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), which have become part of capital markets law within the framework of periodic reporting.
