Legally trained both in China and in the United States, Professor Zhang has published numerous law journal articles and is the author of Chinese Contract Law, Theory and Practice, 2nd ed. (Brill, 2020), and Introduction to Chinese Torts Law (Tsinghua University Press, 2014).
