Irish Law This is the long-awaited second edition of the Companies Acts 1963- 1990 which was originally edited by Lyndon MacCann and published in 1993. It is a compendium of all Irish company law legislation (Acts of Oireachtas and statutory instruments) and every relevant piece of company legislation is included, fully consolidated, with incisive commentary on each section. The annotations explain, cross-refer to the definitions sections, give the corresponding UK provision and provide detailed notes on relevant case law. At the time of publication, this book will be the only such book which is completely up to date and 2006 Companies Act.
