Marc Schack, Ph.D. (2016), is Associate Professor of International Law and National Security at iCourts – Centre of Excellence for International Courts, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen. Astrid Kjeldgaard-Pedersen, Ph.D. (2012), is Professor of International Law at iCourts – Centre of Excellence for International Courts and Vice Dean for Research at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen. She is the editor-in-chief of Nordic Journal of International Law (Brill/Nijhoff).
