Each people has its own culture, historically and materially determined, which is expressed by different values, structures, individualities and symbols. Given these peculiarities, the need arises for instruments that guarantee the preservation of each nation's culture. It is the state's responsibility to provide mechanisms and instruments that guarantee the protection of culture.
