Professor Sylvanus MUSHI BONANE, author of this Manual is Doctor of Law at the University of Kinshasa, where he has taught the General Criminalistics Course since the 2014-2015 academic year to date. He has been teaching the same course at the Université Protestante du Congo, UPC in acronym, since the 2016-2017 academic year to date.
