Richard Quenby is a barrister and professional support lawyer. He has over 35 years' experience in all aspects of commercial property work (both contentious and non-contentious). Richard spent 15 years working as a professional support/supervisory lawyer for national and international firms whose clients include a wide range of well-known developers, funders, institutional investors, property companies and retailers. He is the current author of Ross on Commercial Leases and the co-author of Flat Schemes in Residential & Mixed-Use Developments. Richard has also written articles which have appeared in Estates Gazette, Property Week, Legal Week and The Lawyer.
