Getting the right answer in an ancillary relief case depends on presenting accurate financial information to the court. This in turn requires you to apply complex formulae to raw data. All of which takes time and money. You can solve these problems instantly with Family Finance Toolkit. Requiring no specialist knowledge, the Toolkit brings together, in a single program, all you need to press or defend a claim, at an affordable price. Packed with calculators, precedents, forms and an expandable self-calculating Form E, the Toolkit will ease the burden of ancillary relief. THE SOFTWARE Completely reprogrammed for 2004-2005, the unique new Toolkit combines all the Calculations, Precedents and Forms required in ancillary relief cases. Thoroughly redesigned for this release, the all-new Family Finance Toolkit is destined to become the leading Form E completion package available. Save time and reduce errors with Toolkit's new Form E completion screens. No Form E is too large or too small, the new Form E completion process in the Toolkit means you never have to worry about running out of room on a Form E again.
With the Toolkit's custom designed Form E interface you can enter all the information completely unrestricted by the size of box on the Form. And because all the totals and ages are calculated on screen whilst you work, you instantly build up a picture of the completed Form E. Plus, the Toolkit also produces an A4 summary sheet to tell the courts all about the case. When you are finished, or when you want to review your work, the Form E is expanded automatically to fit the information you have entered using HotDocs. More than just Form E The new Family Finance Toolkit features a client database that allows you to record your client's information so it can be used again in other forms or to produce alternative drafts of the Form E. Previous Toolkit's have allowed you to complete the other ancillary relief forms in pdf format. Now all Ancillary relief forms - A through to I - can be produced through the Toolkit. All forms that are sent to the courts can be completed, printed, saved and emailed. Data screens for the forms received from the courts are also included so you can record the details against the client record.
The Family Finance Toolkit allows you to record the key information contained in Forms A-I with such ease that it actually assists you in monitoring the progress of the case. New for 2004/2005. In addition to the toolkit's powerful form filling capability, it can now produce a Chronology and prepare a Statement of Issues. Build a chronology of key dates and let the Toolkit put them in order and output them as a presentable report. Statement of Issues. Detail the relevant issues and each party's position, the Toolkit lets you enter all the relevant details and deliver them in a presentable report. Improved layout and navigation. Modern Windows XP/Microsoft Outlook style navigation means using the Toolkit is familiar and straightforward and requires little or no training. The new interface is so simple to use, we expect everyone to be able to begin their first Form E within 10 minutes of loading the Toolkit on their PC. Plus, the Toolkit can now be resized to fill all or part of the screen depending on the users' preferences.
Powerful calculators take the drudgery and any potential inaccuracy out of family finance work so that key financial calculations are carried out accurately and instantaneously.
