Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félicien Kimbay Akatum-Kika holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures ou Approfondies (DES / DEA) in Education and Culture of Peace from the UNESCO Chair at the University of Kinshasa, DRC (2005). He also holds a post-graduate diploma in School Psychology from the University of Kinshasa (2023).
