The book opens with an introductory chapter providing guidance on examination technique and the best approach to land law questions in general. Throughout the book, the authors discuss the most effective techniques for writing examination answers and tackling legal problems, showing exactly what the examiners are looking for. Margaret Wilkie is a lecturer at the University of Sheffield. She previously worked at the University of Westminster, where she has taught on both the undergraduate degree course and the CPE. She is also the subject monitor for ILEX Tutorial Services. Rosalind Malcolm is a barrister and University Director in Law at the University of Surrey. Peter Luxton is a solicitor and a Professor at the University of Sheffield. He has taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
