Pacifique KAZINGUFU is a member of the DRCongo Bar and an expert with the International Center for Transitional Justice. He holds a Master's degree in International and Criminal Law from the University of Ottawa and several certifications, notably in Conflict Transformation Peace and Development with Global Unites in the United States.
