The growth of crime, including in the economic sphere, has a negative impact on the course and results of the ongoing economic reform. Economic crime is one of the reasons restraining the growth of the economy and material well-being of the population. Without establishing legal order in the economy there can be no question of its development. Law should ensure the safety of property and promote its growth. Often the protection of property and the interests of the economy require the intervention of criminal law and procedure, for other branches of law are not always able to protect them effectively. The manual is set out in the following order: the first section describes the ways of committing crimes, seizing money, material valuables from owners; the second section gives the methodology of investigation of crimes listed in the first section.

I, Muratova Elmira Muratovna, graduated from ZKSU in 2005 with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2014, I graduated from Samara State University with a Master's degree in Jurisprudence. Since 2010 I have been working in KazUITS as a senior lecturer. I have 15 publications in national and international publications.
