Jason Hunter Jason is a partner at Russell-Cooke and heads its Contentious Property department. He specialises in landlord and tenant and real property disputes, for both the commercial and residential sectors. Jason is a former chairman of the Property Litigation Association (PLA, 2003-04) and was previously chairman of its committee on law reform. He was also the PLA representative on the Sounding Board on the proposed reforms to business tenancies under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, set up by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM).
