Mathias Eller, Ph.D., is Assistant at the Institute for Federalism in Innsbruck. Julia Oberdanner, LL.M., is Assistant at the Institute for Federalism in Innsbruck and Assistant and Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute for Public Law, State- and Administrative Science at the University of Innsbruck.
