Employee Reward Structures is a practical UK guide written by a employee compensation practitioner for accountants, lawyers and other advisers to unquoted businesses. UK tax law in this area is in a period of substantial change. More than ever, this area is a minefield for the practitioner who does not deal with it regularly.
