To help draft documents, there is the HotDocs question and answer facility where, by answering questions, the contract/agreement is automatically drafted. Precedents can be transferred to any word processor and the CD-ROM can be installed onto a network. The CD-ROM is updated not less than three times a year. The price shown is for the the CD-ROM only. The CD-ROM is also available with looseleaf pages and at a discounted price for looseleaf subscribers and "Price for Precedent on Disk" subscribers. The CD-ROM requires the following: IBM compatible with Windows 3.1 and above, a minimum of 4MB Ram, 386 processor, hard disk, VGA screen and a Double or Quadruple speed CD-ROM drive unless installed to a network. It is recommended that users have a colour VGA screen, 8MB Ram and 486 processor.
