Deborah Lockton is Deputy Head of the Department of Law at De Montfort University, Leicester. She has lectured in employment law for many years and has acted as a consultant in employment law to a variety of companies. In addition to conducting training and giving lectures in employment law to both companies and the legal profession, she is the author of a number of articles and books in this area.
