Barry Rodger is Professor of Law at the University of Strathclyde, UK. He is the Chair and Co-Organiser of the Competition Law Scholars’ Forum and Co-Editor of the Competition Law Review. Andreas Stephan is Professor of Competition Law and Head of the Law School at the University of East Anglia UK.
