Most of these articles were written between 2016 and 2017 and published in the "DEBATES AND OPINIONS" section of the state-owned daily newspaper of Côte d'Ivoire, Fraternité-Matin. However, they are topical. They reflect the image of a world initially adrift with its classic conflicts, ideological wars, the migration crisis, the trade of faith, the challenge of unemployment, corruption, where we interfere with unrelated issues etc. But through these lines, let's detect the hope that represents, firstly, leaders of another dimension that are emerging and, secondly, the legitimate aspiration of some peoples to definitively wrest their sovereignty. Taking our Jurist's magnifying glass, we go through these situations with a fine-tooth comb. These are general subjects that we have taken the liberty of analyzing without neglecting any of their aspects, so much so that we have the impression that we are saying things and their opposites. In fact, we would never have taken an "explicit" position on a subject, because such is the posture of the free thinker: to raise the debate so that all the ideas converge towards the satisfaction of the universal interest.

Ogou, Assahith Paul Edgard WilfriedMr. Ogou was born on May 8, 1991 in Abidjan, the economic capital of Côte d'Ivoire, of teacher parents. He obtained a master's degree in business law at the University Charles-Louis de Montesquieu. He also has four years of legal practice and activism. He finally completed an internship in the notary firm TOURE & N'CHO.
