Jay M. Finkelman, PhD, is Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Previously he was Department Chair and Vice President for Academic Affairs at The Chicago School for Professional Psychology; Senior Vice President & General Manager at Kelly Services; Marketing Vice President for Walt Disney Television; and Station Manager of KTVU Television Channel 2 in San Francisco. Dr. Finkelman serves as consultant and expert witness in employment and human resource management. He has had hundreds of retentions amp amp depositions and testified dozens of times at trial as an expert in employment practices. He authored or co-authored over 124 publications and four books.   Linda Gomberg, JD, PhD, is a California attorney who has taught at every level from middle school through law school. Most recently she was core faculty in and interim chair of the Forensic Psychology program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in southern California. She is the author of Forensic Psychology (2018, Springer). Dr. Gomberg has published and presented on various aspects of law and psychology including twice through Division 46 (Society for Media Psychology and Technology) at the annual American Psychological Association national conference.
