Blackstone's Civil Practice provides authoritative expert description and analysis of the process of civil litigation in the county courts and in the High Court. Blackstone's Civil Practice 2004 edition will be up to date to mid December 2003. It will deal with all relevant cases newly reported since the 2003 edition. There has been a steady flow of important cases interpreting the new Civil Procedure Rules since they came into force.
