Since the publication of the eighth edition in 1988 (The Act) and 1991 (The Rules) there have been numerous amendments to "The Act", as well as new judgements. To accommodate these and provide for future updates, the ninth edition has been published in loose-leaf format. Volume 1 contains the full text of Act 32 of 1944 with commentary, published 1996.
