Professor Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the LLM Degree Academic Director at Robert Kennedy College, Zürich, and Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken. He has 34 years' experience teaching and examining EU law, and has published a number of leading EU law textbooks.
