Michael Steinicke is a Professor of EU law including public procurement at Aarhus University. Peter L Vesterdorf holds a master’s degree in law and a PhD in EC law from the University of Copenhagen. His major employments have included posts in the European Parliament, the Danish Parliament, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Court of Justice
