Welcome to the fourteenth edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: International Arbitration.
This guide provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of the laws and regulations of international arbitration.
It is divided into two main sections:
Eight general chapters. These chapters are designed to provide readers with an overview of international arbitration issues, particularly from the perspective of a multi-jurisdictional transaction.
44 country question and answer chapters, which are further divided into six regional sections, with an overview chapter for each region, and two overviews covering the Middle East / Africa section. Each country chapter provides a broad overview of common issues in international arbitration laws and regulations in its respective jurisdiction.
All chapters are written by leading international arbitration lawyers and industry specialists and we are extremely grateful for their excellent contributions.
