This guide to employment law provides summary points at the end of chapters and exercises for each area discussed. The second edition also provides coverage of the provisions of the Employment (Consolidation) Act 1995, as well as several key UK and European cases.
Employment law is probably the fastest moving area in the law today, with statutory changes, European decisions and new cases changing the detail very rapidly.
