David J. Cook of San Francisco, CA., has been practicing in the area of enforcement of judgments and collection of debts for nearly 40 years. A graduate of UCLA (1971) and Golden Gate University School of Law (1974), David has represented clients ranging from governments, financial institutions, and individuals who have suffered greatly at the hands of another, including Fred Goldman in his quest to recover his civil judgment against OJ Simpson.
