It examines the processes of international justice, the judicial outcomes of these institutions, and the more long-range impact of their work on human rights and peace to assess their consequences in the affected nations as well as the international community.

James Meernik is professor of Political Science and Director and co-founder of the Castleberry Peace Institute at the University of North Texas.
