Frances Meenan is a Senior Counsel at the Bar of Ireland. She was educated at University College Dublin, the Law Society of Ireland and the Kings Inns. She is also an accredited mediator and arbitrator; has lectured widely both in Ireland and Europe on matters of Irish and European law and has published various books in both employment and equality law.
